So today the Processor wanted to have proof of my mom's bank statement that shows that $2000 had been deposited in her account and luckily her bank statement has cycled so that's good. and they wanted proof of my loan deferrement and i got that to him and he said thank you so it appears that they are good on everything..for now.  It was sent to u/w today and I wont probably see anything until Tuesday. Wish me luck!!  #homebuyerhope

Closing is 14 days away 7.30, nothing from the u/w.  The other thing is that my 4506t has been rejected twice because they cannot get my ssn correct and i'm a little nervous about that. The first time was a number that wasnt in there, the second time was an additional number (so 10 digits instead of 9). That makes me a little nervous in regards to incompentency, but okay.  So still waiting from the u/w and the waiting is driving me maddd!!!!!!   Good thoughts please!!! #homebuyerhope

So today after my file went to u/w last week thursday my L/O reaches out to me for my BK discharge and list of creditors.  Which I was confused because I sent that initially, I knew they would want that info. I resent it to her again and asked if this was sufficient because other than my discharge and my schedules Idk what else I could use to submit it.

So the title company called to set up the closing time and I got so excited!!! Maybe it finished u/w on their side and they just didn't get me the information as of yet.  No not the case they just get it ready ahead of time so that you don't miss your day. lol oh man!

7 business days until the close of my loan, been in u/w since 7/11.  I emailed my LO today and she said she would email the u/w.   So nervous.  adn why hasn't she responded? it's been 2 hours since my emails.  Clearly, patience is not my strong suit.

I asked my LO today again if there is any updates and she said no should be out today.  I asked what is the hold up? u/w should take 24-48 hrs and it's been 7 days and i close in 6 business days. I told her that I dont want it to get down to 2 days and i'm declined I would be very sad. She said that "

the underwriter that we got is picking your file apart so I had to get a manager involved yesterday, so that means we should have it out of underwriting today.  Not sure what his problem is because we fall within all guidelines.  They are just like that sometimes."  *sigh* #homebuyerhope

So I received the denial from the u/w. They said that they wished they had looked at the appraisal in the beginning because of the powerlines in the back yard.  I was highly pissed that it took them 7 days to tell me that.  So after i've sulked I asked the LO if that was the only reason I was denied because it felt like the u/w was looking for a reason to deny me. She said that I was good with everything else. With that said luckily I kept looking for houses while I was looking for that house, and I have some on the back burner.  #homebuyerhope

I found a home last night, I really liked it and i'm waiting for my realtor, to hear back from the listing agent as well as the lender.  Here we go again! #homebuyinghope
