So how close am I really or what's left?
I have signed these documents.
* 2010 GFE
* GFE-Itemization of Amount Financed
* Itemization of Amount Financed
* Federal Truth-in-Lending Disclosure Statement
* Rate Lock Form
Verified Inquiries and addresses
Got my home insurance set up.
Closing date is 7/30/2015. First walk-thru is on 7/27/2015. I guess there is another one right before the closing; I forgot.

I got pre-approved a while ago and was given contingencies. I met all those. Got appraised. Then the processor got my file and they said it was going to the Underwriter on Saturday (it's Wednesday now). I have seen my close date change like 3 times but they said the builder changed it back to 7/30 at noon today.
