How much weight does willingness to pay off debts have with a mortgage lender, even with a lower score? If collections are in payment plans, should charge off accounts be in payment plan status as well? Or is it best to pay off smallest charge offs first to get them at 0$ and then try to get the larger charge off balances into a payment plan status?
