How much income Do I need to qulify for a home loan fo 75k to 100k?

I have a 720 score 12 years of credit history (auto,3 cash loans and20 credit cards..8 still open)

Im self employed my current debt is about $70.00 a month on 2 CC 35 and 35 each ..with a balance of 1200..Basically my credit is very good..And I have 10% down payment..
