I paid down a few more cards this week and plan on working on my paypal credit next. Possibly 800 dollars. Calculated utilization is 25%. What should I possibly get it to next?

Sams Club store card (open date 4/2019)= 0/100 (was 1500 but for some reason they lowered it several times in 2020)
