How will purchase of 3 - 5 investment SFH effect FICO score?

I'd like to know how purchasing 3 - 5 investment properties would effect my FICO score? I'm sure my score will go down but how much? Also how long will it take for my score to get back to current level. My mid is 777.

I wouldn't worry too much. Your score will take a hit if you are seeking financing. But the hit should be shortlived.
