My Fiance and I have been looking and since decemeber so we knew which houses we wanted. The property we purchased were next to family members neighborhood and family members are local builders that were able to inspect the houses during our skype walkthroughs. Long story short we knew the houses we wanted and lined up to send offers. Had the opportunity and took it! So yep...I'm looking to hopefully U/W goes smoothly...
