I'm scheduled to close in 2 business days. ..can anything go wrong? ?

I close on 4/7. I've met all of the conditions set by the lender and the appraisal was just approved by the lender yesterday. The broker says that all is fine but this is my first mortgage and I'm honestly a little nervous. What can go wrong at this point to kill the closing? ?

...otherwise ...relax ...nothing you can do at this point is going to change anything ...and congrats!
