I’m in Indiana, my mid mortgage score is 658, prefer someone who is on approved lender list for Indiana’s Down payment assistance program, only make 28k per year. Someone who returns calls/texts. There has got to be someone out there who doesn’t believe I’m too little to work with.

 Is there a reason why you want a broker? I thought that was the way to go untill we went through the lender specifally. We used US BANK and they were awesome with responses.

I just always used a broker, never went to a lender directly

I can refer you to someone that is very experienced but not sure if the person is licensed in IN. The company is. You might want to reach to the LO in Indiana, this company has great people all over the place.
