In underwriting! Update approved with conditions!!!

I need help on how I should proceed with two of three conditions. 1. Six months rent checks this is something I can't provide because I make my rent payments via ACH. 2. Update lease I never received an updated lease but I have been living at the Same place since 2017 how can I verify this without a lease? Thanks

talk to your mortgage officer/LO about this they should be able to help you piece together whatever the underwriter needs so that condition can be satisfied
