Is waiting normal????

I was approved conditions March 27th. I'm supposed to close April 12th. I submit it all conditions April 1st. Proof of sufficient funds to close copy of earnest check etc. I haven't heard back from my loan processor since then should I be worried

Im using rocket loans and close on the 12th.  Started the loan process end of Feb with prequalifty and found a house around March 10.   I submitted everything around march 10th  and its been crickets until i called them Monday.  Said they were waiting on Title company to send some figures over.  I get a notice yesterday of title and to ensure my name is spelled correct and today get the official closing numbers.   My closing date/time was set back when i made the offer.  

They always so no news is good news with a mortgage, or at least thats what i heard.  So i can say, in my case,  i had very little communication but was told on day 1 i was good to go.   So i guess hearing all of the horror stories made me fearful of little commnication.

Our timeline sounds similar . I applied February 9th. Went under contract March 12th . I'm using guaranteed rate

Update from lender: we are back in with the underwriter now for final approval! Rates also dipped slightly so I was able to float your rate down to 4.25% at no additional cost to you.
Should hear from underwriter by Monday

Swoll, Have you e-signed the preliminary loan documents (roughly 65 pages) as of yet?

Just make sure you have received closing disclosure at least 3 days before closing as that is law and cannot be avoided.

Hopefully so. Who gave you your final cash to close amount the title company??? I'm asking because the seller supposed to give me the difference in my prorated rent for this month it wasn't reflected on the loan estimate. Does the title company contact them and ask them about any credits they are providing
