I am closing on July 25!!! Contract was for the 15th lender delay then was to close July 22nd and lender stated they were at capacity.

Closing on 7/28 final walkthrough on 7/21 New Construction Build in Missouri City Texas (Suburb of Houston) Loan amount $414,022 Loan Type: Va Interest Rate: 3.25% 4 BR 3.5 Bath 3074 SFT Received final closing disclosures on Friday. Signed contract on Halloween last year and broke ground on 1/20 so its been a long journey but finally coming to an end. Regards, Calvink

Thats great news!  I'm moving in near Pearland, Texas  loan 200k  3.375% FHA -  Final Walk-through 7/21 and Closing on 7/25....does anyone know when I should expect my final closing disclosures?  The title company said on the day of closing, so how would I know the exact amount to bring to close or do I just go off of the loan estimate that I received on the first loan disclosures?

Waiting for USDA to approve my loan. It has been sent yesterday. But they are working on 7/11 files now.
Appraisal has been done. Inspection has been done. Tdd was 7/15. Impatiently waiting!

By Law you have to sign the closing disclosures 3 business days prior to closing, so you will have them most likely 5 days or more before closing. The disclosure most likely will come from your lender. What builder are you using in Pearland? I am using NewMark Homes Houston. Calvink

USDA gave final approval. Waiting on updated title commitment and clear to close.

We were supposed to close 7/11/16. We have had a few snags (newbie lending officer combined with our own issues). We are almost to the finish line.
