Your rate is the lowest I've seen in this thread for a 30 yr fixed conventioanl. Would you mind sharing how you were able to accomplish that?
I did get 1/8 % reduction in rate because I bank with the same bank and will have the mortgage bank auto drafted from my checking. Aside from that, I think I got the best rate I could due a good credit score
Mine is 4.625% at the time of locking due to condo unit + credit score, I believe it would have been 0.375% lower if I was buying a single family home with 720+ credit and locked a few weeks later... but that's a lot of what-ifs. I'm actually pretty happy with my interest rate.

We received our final HUD and lender statement! We close tomorrow at noon! I am sooo excited and happy!
