I will probably post my progress after Tuesday when we meet with our brroker to sign more papers! I imagine that we will get a June closing date although July is what I am hoping for...the less months remaining from apartment lease, the better.

Well good luck getting the date you want!! Mine just happened to be right when my lease ends, but I would have been okay with a May closing too.

Thank you for starting this one...it makes June seem less far away! The seller requested a very long close, which worked for us as the kids will be done with school when we move, but this feels like forever now. It is getting exciting though because I have started packing
