Just got pre-approved to house shop!!!!!

I am so thrilled!  February I started at 577,590,593 and today I walked out with a mortgage pre-approval (I am a single mom) and scores of 622,656,662.

I am using the Fannie Mae My Community Mortgage with a down payment assistance program.

Off to shop for houses now!!!!!!

I could not have done it without all of you at this forum.  THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's wonderful...congratulations. I'm sure the kids are as excited as you are. There's no greater joy and frustration (all the fix up work/costs) than owning your own home.
