We were offered 6,000 to settle on a 14,000 judgement (42% of the debt)
We set up payments of 500 instead and they said we can try to resettle in 6 month
In 6 months the debt will be 11,000 (I don’t know how their interest works)
Would it be fair for them to accept 4,900 after the six months (45% of 11,000)
Any experience if they will want more or go with less?
