Has anyone ever had a lender give them a waiver for DTI. Mine is currently at 50% and SunTrust is 41%. My LO submitted paperwork to see if this would fly last week so I will hear back hopefully this week. SunTrust underwrites and funds their own VA loans so I'm hoping this is an advantage to me.
