My fiance car was repossessed during the time I was home and pregnant. Initially a ca was trying to make arrangement for 18,000 but they wanted a cash we didnt have it. We then decided to return the car to the MCU bank. I think they might be selling the car and we pay the difference. Now, a second ca is writting letters and threatning to sue. It basically says 'Supreme Court of the State of NY MCU against Defendant. I am just confused. Can they really sue when we returned the car and are waiting the bank to sell??
