We were supposed to close 3/8/19, the appraisal wasn't ordered until 3/12. Lender ran credit 2/8 & 2/21 after a rescore. At that point credit was 580 with 10 percent down and a cosigner. We still are waiting on another rescore and we are in the house on a residential lease. No real answer on what to do! Please Help!
We had some credit card debt that's been since paid down around 1000 in debt and some medical bills. The loan officer literally said he doesn't know why the score is so bad. My husband makes around 105 a year and the home we're buying is 190k. 172 loan with down down payment.
