Middle score after inquiry

My middle mortgage score is exactly 640 when applying will the inquiry drop my score?

When applying for your mortgage I don't think so. At least my didn't and I applied with 3 mortgage lenders.

The credit bureau's allow you to shop for a mortgage and can tell when another lender pulls your credit. Based on what they tell us, your scores will not drop. In my experience, this has proven to be true.

Hopefully . My mortgage scores are 607TU 640EX 705EQ. My EQ&EX are both reporting 35% Utilization. Meanwhile TU is still very high and taking their slow time to update my balances. Praying 🙏 I get big score jump

Update my all 3 of my reports reflect the 35% utilization. Mortgage scores are now 705EQ 641TU 640EX gonna apply later today 🤞🏾
