Morgage Credit Pulling???? URGENT???

Hello,

I am working with two morgage brokers, one is doing my credit line and another is doing my personal home purchase. They both need to pull my personal credit. My question: Whats the best way to pull my credit? I heard that if both mortgage brokers pull it with in a week then it counts as one inquiry on my credit, but i dont know if its true, please advice ASAP. Thank you!

Hi, and welcome to the FICO forums.

Credit pulls within a certain time window - up to 45 days with the newest versions of FICO scoring - are scored as a single inquiry.  This way, people won't get penalized for rate shopping.
