We went int default on our house in 2010. In 2012 we lost our home to foreclosure. The construction depression had cut our revenue 70%. COuldn't survive. We had no credit and set about rebuilding our lives.
For seven years we got by with cash and a debit card. About 4 months ago I pulled a credit report and to my surprise there was no foreclosure reported. Does the seven year clock start at the time of delinquency?
Can a lender that looks at our credit report find out that we lost our house to foreclosure.
