I had a recent client that I was able to close their loan who had the simulary situation. There is a fix but you'll need about 30 days not 60. If you can't get the seller to extend the contract and the lender won't approve your loan, then you'll need to find another lender and a sharper LO. A good LOE and supporting documentation should suffice.
