I'm not sure who your loan is with but mine is with Wells Fargo. I had to contact the Executive office in order to get some help. I was just approved for a loan modification with a savings of $87 a month. I'm currently on a 90 day trial with the adjusted amount and lower interest rate. What they can do is either tack on the late fees to the end of the mortgage and spread them out over the coming months or they actually can even forgive them IF you are lucky...
