Update! He never responded, tried the mortgage co my realtor recommended and got prequal in 24 hours... my scores were up!

Very good. I fired a LO years ago for no response within 72 hours, had no time to waste.

I had something similar happen to me. I have a friend who's a LO and I reached out to him and it took him like a month to respond. I ended up going with one of the members in this very thread instead and so far so good.
