These Days, you can pull your report from "anywhere"
I am going to try and qualify for a mtg in the next year and a half hopefully.
Back from my dumb days i fell off the wagon and just let everything go. After years of not touching anything i have 2/3 collections showing, but what will actually show on a mtg application.
I have a large charge off that i know i can only get rid of if i pay off which is about 7k through Portfolio Recovery Associates, and also a smaller one through them for 300.00
Only one other report shows my citi charge off for about 1800.00 last updated was 6/22 but no activity for years, or answering letters/calls.

Capital One Walmart-0/3500
Student Loans-3 totalling 8000
No Car Payment
Income on Paper 49k Gross
3 inquries on exp-1 7/21 other over a year old
score showing 642
I know i need to work on my credit etc- will be buying reports next week, time to get serious as i have my first born on the way and although living with roomates is fun and all i need my own place with a yard for my dog!
Any advice is appreciated.
