I started off my credit journey with all the cards listed above. I was also added to a handful of AMEX and Chase cards as an AU under my mom. A LO pulled my report - told me my scores and said for me to get to a 703 I had to remove myself from the AMEX and Chase cards and pay down around $4500 worth of student loan debt. I did everything mentioned but in the mean time, my score updated and it went DOWN from when the LO pulled my scores reducing from 667/702/672 to 667/698/668 (EQ,TU & EX respectively.)
I'm a bit bummed - I thought this would help. All my cards are are at zero with the exception of one. The close dates are as follows:
