Mortgage lenders' look-back window for inquiries

Hi, all. I am preparing to apply for a mortgage. At the time of application, I will have the following number of inquiries:

  • 0 within past 6 months
  • 11 within past 12 months
  • 20 within past 24 months

How will these recent inquiries affect my application?  Will the banks focus on the past 6 months only, or will they look back further?

For context, my mortgage FICO are in the mid-to-high 700s, with no derogatory information.

Re: Mortgage lenders' look-back window for inquiries

Best of my knowledge, most credit providers will only report on inquiries for the previous 120 days. The lender may just ask you to to answer whether there was additional debt incurred as a result of the inquiry.
