Mortgage loan help,, while in ch. 13

Hello all,
Is there anyone on here that can help me with a FHA loan while I'm currently in ch.13?
I'm 10 months in with on time payments, i understand I have to wait until I have 12 months of payments to the BK.
My mortgage score is at 615 on Ex.
I need a home for my family, and we are almost ready.
Does anyone know if any good lenders that would work with me here in Utah?

You will also need the trustee's approval.

Did you include a mortgage in your BK?

No mortgage was included, I mainly filed because of the ridiculous tax debt I had, and a few small loans, and medical bills
