My mortgage middle score was 607 1 month ago

Paid off all my credit cards ($25000) last month and just checked my mortgage middle score  here on myfico.com and its now 670

My mortgage scores are actually 30 to 40 points higher than my Fico 8 scores.

Have 5 to 10% to put down

2 medical collections under $1600 total

no debt

Are you asking if you have a chance? I'm assuming you haven't had any lates recently.

Without knowing income information, it appears you may have a chance....can't provide advice on how much though.

looking at townhouses up to $200000

no lates after discharge
