Mortgage scores impact when Credit is pulled

Hi,

My wife and I are interested in buying a house, but we have not found our lovely house yet.

My latest mid Mortgage score is 746.

I would like to meet a loan officer so he/she can tell me a realistic scenario of my situation. But I don't want my score drop because my credit is being pulled. So my question is

How much my score would drop if credit is pulled?

How long would it take to recover that drop? (If any)

Every profile will be different. For my profile I lost 10 points after a mortgage pull, my husband lost 5.

With your credit score at one of the higher tiers, it's not likely to impact you as much as it could (or would possibly) with a borrower whose credit score is 100 points lower.

Personally, I don't think you should worry about that at all.
