NFCU Home buyer choice App in review for 1 week - need advice.

Hello, 

my wife and I submitted a NFCU homebuyer choice loan last Tuesday and still in review status. They did adjust the amount to a higher one but still no decision has been made. I've called twice and they tell me it's still in review pending a decision from a MLO. 

it's a primary res purchase so I imagine it wouldn't take too much longer. Any advice on the situation thanks!

Yes, the initial application took a while to get in rolling.  But once you get past that, communication with my LO has been easy.  She responds quickly,, and I have her cell number.

Could you provide the data points on what rates they approve for the homebuyer choice loan and credit scores?
