NFCU changing mortgage products offered

I called NFCU about 3/5 and 5/5 ARMs (refi). CSR read from rate sheet and told me about the types of mortgages that NFCU will no longer offer--FHA, 3/1 and 5/1 ARMs, and interest only mortgages. The FHA one really surprised me. She said there was no explanation for the changes. IDK if it's true or not.
