We received word this weekend that Nationstar had ceased funding loans. Per one informant, the following notice regarding wholesale operations was at a link on the Nationstar website:

Very interesting. Well i spoke with a rep from the san antonio branch and he said they could still do it. Now this is very interesting. I wonder if i do go with them and they shut down if they can sell my loan to someone else and then get a worst interest rate for a 30 year fixed.

Their "wholesale" and Sub-prime portions are gone.
IF you qualify for prime funding- I would go elsewhere.
