Navy Federal Mortgage

Guys,

I am looking to apply with Navy Federal for a 0% (possibly 5%) conforming mortgage (max in my area $484,350).  My mid is currently 638 (EQ 638, TU 595, EU 654).  Does anyone have experience getting approved with similar numbers.

You're not going to have an issue getting approved. Typically, you may have an issue getting an impressive offer by many lenders with that score.

I’m looking at NFCU as well. How is the process going for you?

Consider Guaranteed Rate as well (rate.com). Preapproval in about 2 days. I didn't pull the trigger but the process was pain free.
