Does this apply to refinancing

I have a 30 year HARPi want to refi to a 15 year 100%

I see nasa and nfcu both offer 100%

Any input?

What fico model do they use? What bureu? Will pre qual check effect my credit?

Navy fed must be talking about VA loans, or eligable harp loans.

Any mortgage bank should be able to do that.

You will take a hit if they do a prequal but nothing drastic. I am not sure if you can do a refi with that loan. I just read that you can use it for a refi.  Might be worth a shot to see what they say. I used NF and had a great outcome.
