Need a loan officer that handles USDA Guaranteed loans. House is under contract

Hi All,

As the title states I am in need of a loan officer who handles USDA loans. I have a house under contract and my LO is pushing me away from USDA and into FHA. I feel he is mishandling my income information. Any help would be appreciated. Even if somebody could point me where to go to find a new loan officer who handles them. Ive got a house under contract and an FHA apporoval which is not what I want. We still have time but the clock is ticking.

...could you provide a bit more detail on exactly what your LO is doing? ...has he given you FHA (Federal Housing Authority) documents vs FHA (Farmers Home Administration) documents ...or has he told you that you are not eligible under USDA income criteria because of ?

I MAY have solid lead for you... my current loan officer services multiple loan type programs ( he is  servicing a USDA Guaranteed Loan for me currently) .. I can PM his info AFTER the end of this week ( I onlyl want to steer you towards someone that can DEFINITELY produce and I wont KNOW till I close Smiley Wink
