Man, since I closed on my dream home last June, I've been securing so much new credit my old UW must be popping blood vessels. LMAO
2 new credit cards, refi on my ride, and dining room table.
They froze me for 8 months so its paybacks.

Thats what I mean, for 8 months I was froze, and then all of sudden- jailbreak! All I'm saying some of the mortgage process defies logic. They don't let ya do anything for 6 months, like you can't do stuff the day after you close???

And about to pull the trigger on golf cart to ride around the community with
Don't misunderstand, I use my credit wisely, but the mortage process is a different animal LOL.
