Just a final follow up. Closed on our house this Monday (25th) with NCSECU. It was the easiest thing I've ever done. Thanks so much again for suggesting it.

My closing is scheduled for next Friday. I went with another bank due to getting $30K down payment assistance. NCSECU wasn't a member of the program. And... it's a USDA loan. I'm so excited.
