Offer ACCEPTED, now the stress begins!

Our offer was accepted in the 5th round of counters! I am so excited!

Met with the mortgage guy today and resigned all the disclosures. Interest rate is locked and we are heading back into underwriting to clear conditions. My LO already sent the file as a TBD through underwriting once, so after it comes back this time, as long as the appraisal checks out, then my loan will be sent to the local RD office for their blessing. I am told their turn time is approx 2 weeks at this point. Hope we can get all of this done quickly since I am supposed to close on 6.27.12.

I am so excited, but nervous at the same time!
