So we are in the pre-construction phases of building and I wanted some insight on the pricing for our additional upgrades. We are building a Travis Home base price is $203,900 with a 3% off incentive. Our deisgn options are listed- Of course STD means Standard. This is a 2741 Sq foot home...4 beds and 3 1/2 baths. I just want to make sure nothing is overpriced for what was chosen. We upgraded our carpet to a thicker grade and the bathroom counters from marble to demistone (all 3).

I don't know how you could get any valuable insight bc every builder has different pricing for options. Sometimes, the same builder will price the same options differently between multiple communities. You just have to ask yourself if the cost of the options are worth it to you.
