Did you ever find a lender willing to either take less money down on a Jumbo or do the 80/15/5? I also live in IL - a local lender or credit union would be great.
Not sure about 95% LTV jumbos, but 90% LTV jumbos are somewhat easily found. Sofi, AnnieMac, Home Loans Today, and Watermark offer 90% jumbo options without PMI. I'm sure there are others, but try those or a credit union.
