Orange County Fl home buyer program

Where I live they have a down payment asstiance program, where they pay the down payment, as long as you have $1000 down. I trying to find out more about this programs. My credit score is in the 600. I would like to know if i would be approved for this programs and hard is it to qualify for this program. Any information would be helpful. Thanks
