PNC OR NFCU for home equity loan

Hello! I'm thinking about getting a home equity loan can anyone tell me who is better PNC OR NFCU? or the easiest to deal with. Can you tell me your experiences? Any feedback would be helpful

I've spoken with several people at PNC and have found them to be helpful, providing minimum score requirements, maximum loan amounts, CLTV's, etc.  I've also spoken with several people at NFCU and find they play their cards a little closer to their chest, not providing as many guidelines.  However I suspect if your credit & debt ratio are excellent then either of them would be a good option for you.
