Hi all,
I've been trying to get in contact with PenFed for days now and can't get a call back. I don't know if you all know, but now the mortgage department gets answered by some answering service where they take a message and then someone from PenFed calls you back - really weird and terrible service, but I digress.
Does anyone know at what LTV they require a full appraisal? I'd like to just try with the desktop appraisal on my home for my HELOC.
