I received a call from mortgage broker this morning about the processing of the loan. Good news he sent me the pre-qualified letter to hand it to agent.
I have a few questions to ask one of your expert morgage guru out there. Do i need to go ahead and get a pre-approved letter ??? I going to put down around 20k on my own and 20k from some relative ???? Do they need to put all the money on the bank now or just wait until they ask for ????? How long is it usually take from Purchase Contract to closed ???? Do anything else i need to do now or just going for house shopping ???? I'm kinda short on money right now but would defi come up with some money in a few weeks ??? Please feel free to chime in.
