Personal Loan with low FICO scores

Does anyone know where I could go to try and get a personal loan to pay off my credit cards?  I need about $5,000 and my scores in the low 500's but rapidly growing as I am sticking to watching my report closely and paying all debt on time.  I would like to get my CC debt off my report and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that would give me a personal loan with my scrores in the low 500's.

I checked out this website and it was an interesting concept.  Has anyone ever tried it and got any sucess with it?

I have account with prosper. I dont borrow but I lend money.

Beware of loans that will report as: " consumer finance ". It will hurt your FICO even more.

Examples are: CitiFinancial loans.
