Re: Plan of attack for financing

Just call Capone and tell them that they aren't updating one of the bureaus for your account and ask what can be done.

Re: Plan of attack for financing

I did and they mentioned the word dispute. I stopped them right there as I'm not sure how that can affect me.

Re: Plan of attack for financing

Thing is I don't think they are obligated to report to all bureaus so the dispute isn't going to be worth it as it has to be removed before you go into underwriting. I would call back and see if you get the same answer from someone else. With Capone, a lot of times you have to email the executive office to get anything accomplished.

Re: Plan of attack for financing

3 cards PIf, submitted info to my LO today, 1 will post on it's own soon so didnt submit it.

(Only 4 accts left with a balance, hopefully a miracle will happen and I'll be able to PIF another this weekend)

I sent in something to Nelnet showing half time for a partial semester, if they accept it, they'll remove all the 90 day lates from 2011 from my student loans.

Re: Plan of attack for financing

Nelnet had 16 accts showing 90 day lates from July 2011. (5 still open) just checked my ex and they removed the lates from the 5 open ones. I faxed them regarding removing from the closed ones, I will call too bc if I can get a letter I can add it to a RR.

If that happens, then I'll only have 3 negative accts: co private loan from 2011, lates from and old walmart card (2011) and the dreaded first premier co from 2007.

I also will be emailing Capone execs today, finally got the email.
