Wanting to start the process for an FHA in JAN, i need to use my 2016 W2 income to qualify. I was wondering if i file on the first day efile is avaible on JAN 23rd, how soon would the 4506-T be avaible? Also will it be needed for an W2 employee that makes more then 25% on commision?
