Re: Preparing for NFCU morgate HBC program

Mortgage scores are:
Experian:676
Equifax: 653
Transunion: 643
But how do I remove the lates or when do they fall off. Also the collection I have from Conrad acceptance is for 6k how much should I settle for? Or should I leave it and let it age.

Re: Preparing for NFCU morgate HBC program

Which scores are those? Mortgage companies use the FICO Score 5 - Equifax, FICO®Score 2 - Experian, and FICO Score 4 -TransUnion. I ask because some aren't aware of this. FICO 8 models tend to be higher than the mortgage scores, at least in my experience. As for the collection, I've settled usually around half or 50% of the outstanding balance. I'm sure others here have settled for less or more, just my experience.

@ mortgage specialist you might be right, I’m waiting for my mortagage middle score to be around 700 or more before applying so I’m hoping by June or July that’s when I’m planning on applying
